LanceSoft is seeking a travel Medical Lab Technician for a travel job in Marshall, Michigan.
Job Description & Requirements🔹 Job Details
• Profession: MT/MLT – Laboratory
• Start Date: 12/15/2025
• Contract: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend + rotating holidays
• On-Call: None
🔹 Requirements
• 2 years of recent MT/MLT experience – required
• Phlebotomy experience – highly preferred
• Prior travel – preferred
• Associate’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences – required
• ASCP or equivalent certification – required (or within 6 months of hire)
🔹 Job Summary
You will perform laboratory testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid samples, assist with specimen collection, maintain QC and calibrations, support proficiency testing, and help ensure timely, accurate reporting for patient care.
