Our consultants typically specialize in three core areas: Project Management, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources . They work on a project basis, either in Beaird's Naperville office, at the client's worksite, or with the flexibility to work from home. Project lengths vary based on complexity and client requirements. The majority of our consultants work part-time, typically dedicating 5-20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate project needs. Beaird Group offers competitive pay rates ranging from $25 to $75 per hour, depending on the project and role. Specialists and analysts typically fall at the lower end of the range, while senior executives can earn up to $75 per hour. Pay is determined based on experience and career level. Part-time employees are eligible for 401(k) participation with employer matching, paid leave, and Aflac benefits.
