Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is looking for a dealership-experienced Vehicle Inventory Control associate, full-time, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM. This associate must have a high-level of attention to detail, a good driving record, and a great attitude. Pay rate for this role is $16/hour.

Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator organizes new and pre-owned inventory to ensure efficiency in time-to-line retail/wholesale readiness.

Essential Duties:
- Maintain control of all incoming and grounded new and used car inventory
- Control of all display vehicles and display area, detailing of display vehicles
- Control of all lease terminations
- Control of Dealer Exchanges
- Control of Dealer Demo/loaner car inventory and monthly asset reporting
- Assist with annual vehicle inventory
- Assist with vehicle transfer for car shows and client delivery

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required

- Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations last 3 years and ALSO no major violations last 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, etc.)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematics skills
