Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Virtual Mobile Notary Public to work in the U.S. only. JOB TYPES: Contract; MUST be a U.S. citizen. CATEGORY: College Transcripts OVERVIEW: In this position, you will be assisting individuals and educational institutions in notarizing college transcripts from the comfort of your own home.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Review college transcript documents and verify their authenticity. Verify the identity of individuals seeking notarization through secure video conferences. Administer oaths, affirmations, and notarize college transcript documents as required. Ensure all notarizations are conducted in compliance with state and federal notary laws. Maintain accurate records of notarizations and transcript notarizations. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the notarization process. Work independently and efficiently to meet transcript notarization deadlines and client expectations.

ESSENTIAL PROFILE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Notary Public, with specific experience in college transcript notarizations. Familiarity with state-specific notary laws and regulations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. High level of professionalism and integrity. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, high-speed Internet, a webcam for virtual notarizations, along with a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
