Role Overview

We’re looking for a versatile designer who can blend strategy, aesthetics, and user experience into powerful visuals. This role requires expertise in website design, branding, and digital assets to support our marketing, membership platform, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Design & Maintenance

• Design and update pages on Kajabi, Shopify, or WordPress

• Ensure mobile-first, high-performance designs with smooth UX/UI

• Optimize graphics, load times, and site responsiveness

• Branding & Graphic Design

• Create engaging social media graphics, digital ads, PDFs, and infographics

• Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital and print materials

• Design promotional materials for events, sponsorships, and merchandise

• Marketing & Content Support

• Work closely with the team to develop visual storytelling for financial education content

• Design email templates, pitch decks, and presentations

• Assist with product packaging and event branding

• Creative Strategy & Innovation

• Stay on top of design trends, tech tools, and best practices

• Bring fresh ideas to enhance user engagement and community experience

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in web & graphic design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, or Figma)

• Experience with Kajabi, Shopify, or WordPress

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand storytelling

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (bonus)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience in finance, lifestyle, or female-driven brands

• Motion graphics or video editing experience (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Photography and/or illustration skills
