The Wedding and Group Coordinator is the primary liaison between group leaders and the resort's many services. The coordinator plans, organizes, documents and coordinates all group related details for indoor functions and assists in overall organization of the event. The individual must be able to have positive face to face interactions with clients and build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders in other divisions at Copper Mountain. This person should be sales oriented, self-motivated, guest oriented, and a problem solver. Creativity, upselling and solid coordination skills a plus. Must be capable of working long hours. Days and hours will vary according to group and event schedules. Most weekends required in summer season.
