At Adecco, an On-Site Floor Supervisor can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to our client and exceptional associate care to our associates within that client.

Responsibilities for this On-Site Floor Support role include:

• Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes

• Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed

• Attend client meetings

• Assist with onsite timekeeping

• Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met

• Complete associate counseling in regard to performance and attendance when needed.

• Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed

Qualifications:

Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift. Previous team lead experience in manufacturing setting desired, but not required. Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks. Must be proficient within Microsoft office suite.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
