Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients with acute and chronic wounds.
• Implement evidence-based wound care treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and preventive measures.

Qualifications:
