This Part-Time Assistant Manager role at our State Road, Philadelphia facility is perfect for someone who excels at multitasking and thrives in a customer-facing environment. You'll work approximately 24 hours per week , with a typical schedule including 2-3 weekdays and every Saturday . Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation for this role is $20 - $22 per hour + bonus.

What you'll do:

• Drive new customer acquisition - provide exceptional service to walk-ins, callers, and online leads, and expertly manage follow-up communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service – promptly respond to phone and email inquiries and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a pristine office and facility – walk the site and ensure cleanliness, sweep and prepare units for new tenants.
• Assist in logging rent payments, follow up on late payments, lockouts, and auctions.
• Compile and submit monthly reports to ownership.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 5+ years of hospitality or sales experience. If you have experience that includes hotel, restaurant, sales-focused retail, or call center experience, we want to hear from you!
• Demonstrated exceptional sales aptitude.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
