We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Reporting & Analysis Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on data from various sources, with a strong focus on enhancing our business intelligence and decision-making processes. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance data reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Connect and integrate data from CRM and SaaS platforms, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce, to create comprehensive and actionable reports.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, tailoring communication to the audience's technical level.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, offering support, and participating in team activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data reporting and analysis, with a strong portfolio of work using tools like Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience working in SQL environments.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and SaaS platforms as data sources.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable way.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in data reporting.
- Must be a born-again believer in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization best practices.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality management.
- Experience with API integrations for data extraction and automation.
