Position Overview:

We are seeking a Washington State 06B Licensed HVAC to perform electrical work related to HVAC/R systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical components for heating, and cooling equipment in non-residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical components of HVAC systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and service work on commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and replace faulty wiring, components, and controls.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals.
  • Ensure work complies with NEC, Washington State electrical codes, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate work records and service reports.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and trades to ensure projects are completed on time.

Requirements:

  • Current Washington State 06B Electrical License (HVAC– Non-Residential Maintenance).
  • Proven experience in HVAC/R electrical systems repair and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPA Section 608 Certification.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Safety Certification.
  • Experience with multiple HVAC/R brands and systems.
